Sno Jam Comedy Festival

Sno Jam Comedy Festival is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit annual fundraising comedy festival that celebrates comedy and snow while enriching the Sioux Falls community. From its inception in February 2017 through 2024, the festival brought world-class comedians from across the nation to perform in various venues throughout the city, with its eighth and final year taking place January 18-21, 2024. The festival featured thirty comedians performing across multiple nights with stand-up comedy and themed showcases designed to entertain and support local causes.

The festival was strategically organized to benefit South Dakota nonprofits through donations and fundraising efforts during the winter season. With net proceeds going directly to local charitable organizations, the festival successfully raised significant funds while providing premium entertainment experiences. In its final year, the festival partnered with the Dakota Academy of Performing Arts (DAPA) as its designated charity beneficiary, demonstrating the organization's commitment to supporting local arts education and community development.
