South Dakota Trust Company LLC (SDTC) is a national boutique trust company founded in 2002 by Al W. King III and Pierce H. McDowell III, headquartered in Sioux Falls. As part of the JTC Group, SDTC specializes in pure trust administration services without offering investment products, allowing clients to work with outside investment managers and custodians of their choice.

SDTC currently administers more than $165 billion in assets and manages $82 billion under agency. The company serves over 120 billionaire clients and 430 centimillionaire clients.
