You lead.
We buildwhat's next.
You're the best salesperson in your business.
What's killing you is everything before the room.
I know what
the agency
couldn't fix.
I launched two agencies in five years. Over $7M in revenue. I’ve worked with more than 200 companies.
Tech. Home services. Construction. SaaS and AI. B2B services.
I know the work. I also know what happens when a founder signs a contract, hands it off, and hopes.
The ICP still needs work. The messaging hasn't been tested. The follow-ups pile up. Someone has to connect it all.
That someone usually ends up being you.
So I'm changing how I work.
Five founders. Direct partnership with me. Atlas doing the work behind the growth.
I didn't build this
to be everywhere.
I built it to make a difference where I'm involved.
You get my judgment, my experience, and the operating system I've spent the last year building. We put it to work inside your business.
Five, because depth takes attention.
We agree on
the number.
Then we own
the work.
Run the Growth Analyzer ↗Your links. Your revenue goal. Your starting picture.
The Analyzer is where Founder Led starts. It gives us a growth plan to examine together: the gap to your goal, the levers to work on, and the run-rate needed to get there.
Save the starting point.
Review your website and channels, your goal, and the available CRM data. Confirm revenue, pipeline, and missing information. Date the baseline so the goalposts stay put.
Agree on the work.
Choose the first constraint to address. Name the action, its owner, and the metric it should move. Agree on eligible pipeline before revenue participation begins.
Return to the record.
Each month: starting point, target, current actual, and the remaining gap. Separate forecasts from results. Trace collected revenue to the CRM and payment record. If the work isn't moving the number, we change the work.
Analyzer projections are planning inputs, not guaranteed outcomes. CRM and financial records substantiate the results. We confirm a manual baseline together when a connection or metric is unavailable.
This is where
the promises meet
the numbers.
Your goal. Your projected run-rate. Your gap. The work required to close it.
Supplied Analyzer screen, shown as an example. The $400,000 goal, $319,100 projection, and $80,900 gap belong to this record. They are not a forecast for a new founder.
See your own starting point ↗The work before the room.
Connected.
Your growth compass.
The Growth Analyzer establishes the starting picture. We review its inputs, confirm the baseline with you, and agree on the target. Every implementation priority and monthly review connects back to that record.
Atlas Flow.
Research, messaging, outbound, and follow-up built around the people you need to reach. Conversations and outcomes connected to your CRM.
Atlas Creative.
Your stories. Your words. Your expertise. Turned into content buyers can recognize, trust, and remember. You bring your voice. We do the production.
Atlas Intelligence.
The shared intelligence behind the work. Read the responses. Track actual outcomes against the Analyzer baseline. Decide what needs to change. Then change it.
The offer letter
isn't what you pay.
| What you buy | Agency | Seller + agency | Founder Led |
|---|---|---|---|
| Annual commitment | $36,000Illustrative $3,000/month retainer | $150,000$114,000 seller estimate + agency | $18,000Fixed fee + agreed revenue share |
| Growth direction | Within contracted scope | Founder coordinates both | Direct partnership with Steve |
| Content + prospecting | Depends on agency scope | Split between two providers | Flow + Creative, connected |
| Sales conversations | You | Dedicated human capacity | You, supported by the system |
| Management | Manage the engagement | Manage employee + agency | Decide, contribute, approve |
| Success compensation | Depends on agreement | Seller variable pay in estimate | Share of eligible revenue |
Illustrative comparison, not equivalent staffing or a savings guarantee. The $114,000 hiring estimate rounds $80,000 on-target compensation ÷ 70%. It applies a broad employer-cost assumption, not an SDR-specific benefits quote. Founder Led adds a revenue share; total cost can exceed either alternative. Media, software, equipment, recruiting, and travel are excluded unless agreed.
The expensive part?
What never closes.
$18,000 fixed. $100,000 participation at 10%.
$118,000 total.
$882,000 after our fee, before your delivery costs and overhead.
$57,000 in estimated seller costs.
$36,000 in annual agency fees.
$93,000 spent in year one.
The agency invoices keep coming. The prospecting seat is empty. Now you're back on Sunday night.
| Year-one economics | Seller only | Seller + agency | Founder Led |
|---|---|---|---|
| Collected revenue | $100,000 | $100,000 | $1,000,000 |
| Sales / marketing fees | $57,000 | $93,000 | $118,000 |
| Gross profit before these fees | |||
| Contribution after these fees* |
*Gross profit minus the fees shown. This is not net profit; other overhead and unlisted costs remain. Revenue is measured only for the compared sales motion, not the company's entire revenue.
The extra revenue matters. The margin on it matters more. At 40% gross margin, $900,000 of additional revenue contributes $360,000 before fees. Subtract the $25,000 extra fee versus seller + agency: $335,000 more contribution in year one.
Now leave the gap open for three years.
One line keeps moving.
One stops at month six.
Revenue is the headline.
Contribution is the consequence.
Uses the gross margin selected above. Contribution = revenue × gross margin − modeled sales/marketing fees. Other overhead remains. Negative values mean these fees exceed the gross profit generated.
Scenario interpolation: Founder Led collects $1M evenly per year; the seller collects $100K evenly over six months, then leaves. No replacement, carryover pipeline, or recurring sales is modeled. Agency retainer continues at $3,000/month. This chart illustrates consequences if those assumptions hold.
Open the supporting three-year ledger ↗
| 36-month scenario | Agency alone / no attributable sales | Seller leaves + agency continues | Founder Led / sustained output |
|---|---|---|---|
| Collected revenue | $0 | $100,000 | $3,000,000 |
| Total fees | $108,000 | $165,000 | $204,000 |
| Contribution after fees* |
The stalled seller + agency path collects $2.9M less revenue over this example. That gap is foregone revenue, not lost profit. Its economic impact depends on margin, execution, and what happens after the seller leaves.
Open every assumption ↗
Founder Led: $1M eligible collected revenue in each year, with revenue participation of 10% / 3% / 2%, plus $18,000 annual fixed fees. Fees are $118,000 / $48,000 / $38,000. Flat revenue, no compounding. The selected rates sit inside the proposed bands; your signed agreement sets actual rates.
Seller: $114,000 annualized employer cost estimate, employed for six months, costing $57,000; $100,000 sold and collected. No replacement, further sales, recurring revenue, or pipeline carryover is assumed for this sales motion. Any of those would improve this scenario.
Agency: an illustrative $3,000 monthly retainer continues for all 36 months. The agency-only scenario produces no attributable collected revenue; the combined scenario adds no further revenue beyond the seller's $100,000. These are stalled scenarios, not claims about typical agencies or employees.
The same gross margin is applied to revenue in each option. No media, tools, recruiting, travel, refunds, tax, or other overhead is included. Founder Led may cost more and may produce less than modeled. The comparison demonstrates the economics if these outcomes occur; it does not predict them.

Plus an agreed percentage of eligible collected revenue from the pipeline we build.
One exact rate agreed for each year before signing. Participation declines as the system matures. Revenue eligibility, renewals, exclusions, and any post-engagement payment period are agreed in writing.
Annual fixed fee plus the selected year's share range. Assumes 12 paid months. Illustration only; no growth forecast.
A partner.
With skin in the game.
You lead the sales conversations. I build the system behind them with you. We agree on scope and a revenue definition both of us can audit.
How are we held accountable?
We begin with the Growth Analyzer, review its inputs, and date an agreed baseline. Each month we compare the target, actual results, and remaining gap, with named owners and next actions. CRM and payment records support revenue claims; projections stay separate from actual outcomes.
Who is this for?
Founders going after $1M a year or more, with an offer worth selling and a willingness to work on the foundations. You want to lead sales and put your voice into the content.
What does the $1,500 include?
Strategic partnership, the Growth Analyzer, and the agreed Atlas Flow, Creative, and Intelligence implementation. Content quantities, channels, outreach capacity, CRM connections, and support boundaries are confirmed in your scope before signing.
Am I paying a share of my entire business?
No. This version applies the share to agreed eligible collected revenue from the pipeline we build. Existing accounts, existing pipeline, and other exclusions are documented first.
Why does the percentage decline?
The first year carries the build. Later years carry an increasingly established system. Exact rates reflect your margins, scope, and our role in the sale.
What happens if we stop?
You retain your content, CRM records, and agreed transferable playbooks and workflows. Software access, hosting, maintenance, and any revenue-share tail are specified in the agreement.
Is there a long-term lock-in?
The initial commitment is 60 days, then month to month. Twelve months describes the build roadmap. Years two and three describe the proposed declining participation schedule, subject to the agreement.

Founder-led sales strategy.
It starts with the Growth Analyzer: your goal, your current trajectory and the gap between them, confirmed with you as a dated baseline. Then a bi-weekly huddle and a monthly strategy session, each one tied back to that record.
Founder-led sales attribution.
Atlas Intelligence reads the replies and tracks actual outcomes against the baseline. Outputs, signals and results are kept separate, and revenue claims are backed by CRM and payment records, so you see what the work produced in dollars.
Founder-led sales: questions founders ask.
Book a call with Steve ↗Not sure yet? Take the 2-minute fit check ↗What is founder-led sales?
Founder-led sales means the founder leads the sales conversations, because the founder is usually the most credible voice the business has. Founder Led keeps you in that seat and builds the system behind it: research, messaging, outbound, follow-up, content and tracking, so the work before the sales conversation no longer depends on your spare hours.
How does founder-led lead generation work here?
Atlas Flow researches the people you need to reach, writes outreach in your voice, runs the outbound and the follow-up, and connects every conversation to your CRM. You approve the work and take the sales conversations. Outreach capacity, channels and CRM connections are confirmed in your scope before signing.
What is founder-led content?
Content built from the founder's own stories, words and expertise. You bring your voice and approve it; Atlas Creative handles the production. Content quantities and channels are confirmed in your scope before signing.
Founder-led sales vs hiring a salesperson: which costs less?
The page's illustration puts a seller plus an agency at about $150,000 a year, against an $18,000 annual fixed fee for Founder Led plus an agreed share of eligible collected revenue. Those figures are illustrations, not forecasts. Run the calculator above with your own numbers before you decide.
When should a founder stop doing all the prospecting?
When the work before the sales conversation is what holds growth back: the ideal customer still needs work, the messaging is untested and the follow-ups pile up. Founder Led is built for founders pursuing $1M or more in annual revenue who want to keep leading sales without owning every prospecting task.
How do I know if Founder Led is a fit?
Take the 2-minute fit check, or book a call with Steve. Founder Led is limited to five founders, and availability is confirmed personally.
For five.
