The 50

It's 2026 in Sioux Falls. You're either getting cited, or you're invisible. Pick one.

This is the room for the 50 Sioux Empire operators who already know which one they're going to be. Owners and founders who get that social media isn't the goal — visibility is. The kind of visibility that shows up in ChatGPT answers, in Perplexity citations, in Google AI Overviews, in the answer your buyer reads before they ever type your name. The kind The Heat Map proves, not the kind a monthly engagement report describes. We built The 50 for the operator who's done with social agencies that ship vanity metrics. The 50 ships proof.

The stakes

Invisibility is the death sentence.

If you're not the answer when your buyer asks ChatGPT — your competitor is.

That's not a hypothetical. We're fielding 50+ requests every month from operators in this market who already get it. AEO didn't arrive last week. It arrived 18 months ago. The businesses planting their flags right now are the ones their categories will still be talking about in 12 months.

The question stopped being "do we need to do this?" about six months ago.

The question now: are you the one who plants the flag — or the one who reacts after three competitors get cited above you for a quarter?

We don't build The 50 for reactors. We build it for operators who already know which side of the line they're on.

What you actually walk away with

Consistency + time + POV = authority.

That's the equation The 50 was built around. Most operators don't lose to better marketers. They lose to operators who showed up consistently, with a point of view, for long enough that the AI engines and the buyers in their market couldn't ignore them anymore.

The 50 is built to do four things at once for every charter member:

1

Teach you

Monthly Q&A workshops + the Slack room mean you're not just outsourcing — you're learning how AEO actually works while we run the engine. Most members can describe their own AI-search strategy by month 2.

2

Save your time

Streamlined approval in Month 1. All content for Months 2 + 3 delivered by end of Week 4. After that, your job is to publish — 5 minutes a post, 3× per week. Total operator time over 3 months: 4–6 hours.

3

Ship better content

Every post is built around a specific question your buyers are asking AI engines right now — researched, structured, citation-grade. The output reads nothing like agency-floor content because it isn't agency-floor content.

4

Build authority

Consistency × time × POV. The Heat Map measures the rise. The Slack room compares notes. By month 12, the operators who started this work own the answer in their category.

Where are you on the Heat Map?

Most operators in this market are at stage 1. The 50 moves you to stage 5. Here's the journey:

Cold
Invisible. Buyers ask AI engines about your category. Your name doesn't come up.
Listed
You exist in a directory. Mentioned, but not the answer.
You are likely here
Indexed
AI engines have crawled you. Cited occasionally, inconsistently.
Cited
When somebody asks about your category, your name is in the answer.
Owns Category
You're the default answer. Competitors get listed under you.

Every charter member starts with a baseline Heat Map review on intake. Month 2 is when the dot moves.

The differentiator

One subscription. Three jobs done.

Most social agencies sell you posts. We sell you signals that compound. Every piece of content we produce for you does three things simultaneously.

1

Social engagement

The table stakes. Three posts/week of content for Facebook + Instagram, created by our team in your voice on your calendar. You publish (we don't post for you at the base rate — custom quote if you want hands-off). Streamlined approval flow in Month 1, then all content for Months 2 and 3 delivered by end of Week 4. Add LinkedIn if your buyers live there.

2

Buyer-question research

The part nobody else does. Every post is built around a real question your buyers are asking — out loud, in DMs, and into ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Overview, and Bing Copilot. We do the research. We engineer the post around the answer. Then the Heat Map shows you where you're showing up — month over month.

3

FAQ content for your site

The multiplier. The same research drives your website's FAQ section — which triggers FAQPage schema — which gets cited by the same engines that crawled your social. Every post is a brick in three walls at once.

The proof loop · Heat Maps, not reports

You don't get a report. You get proof.

Every other shop in this town hands you a monthly PDF. Impressions up. Engagement down. Reach this. Reach that. Twelve pages of nobody-cares.

We hand you this:

One score. Eight engines. The buyer questions that matter in your category. The cells that are lit. The cells that are cold. "Are we cited in this answer or not?" — yes/no, every category, every month.

Then the next-move line at the bottom tells you exactly what we're shipping this month to move the cold cells hot. That's the work.

The Heat Map is the IP. The 50 is how you get a front-row seat to it working on your business — month over month, in the open, in front of 49 other operators watching the same gauges.

Selectivity is a feature

Built for the people we built it for.

Built for owners. The ones who sign the checks and answer the calls.

Apply if

  • You run a real business. You sign the checks.
  • You've called around for help. The quotes hurt.
  • You want to be the answer when buyers ask Perplexity.
  • You'd rather be in a Slack room with 49 operators than scroll LinkedIn alone.

Don't apply if

  • You measure success in follower count.
  • You're still figuring out what your business does.
  • You can't commit to 3 months.
  • You think AI search is a fad.

That's the bar.

Inside the room · 50 operators

Real builders. Real businesses.

The room is the asset. 50 owners and operators trading what's working — in trades, in services, in B2B, in retail. The kind of people who quietly run this town.

Operator in the room — trades and services owner
Operator in the room — professional services owner

50 seats · charter cohort · sioux falls

The 50 · The community

50 seats. One Slack room. Two monthly workshops.

Inside The 50 you get more than a posting calendar:

  • Direct Slack access to a 50-operator community. People running real businesses in the Sioux Empire trading notes on what's working, what AI engines are surfacing, what's about to break. The most underrated benefit. Most operators value this MORE than the social content over time.
  • 2 monthly open Q&A workshops — best-practices sessions with the Gravity Growth team. Bring your AEO questions, your video strategy questions, your "is what I'm doing on LinkedIn working" questions. Open mic format.
  • Monthly Heat Map review — your numbers, plain English, plus 3 specific things to do based on what the map shows.

The room is what people stay for.

Video Pack · Where the leverage compounds

One shoot day. 16 shorts. 1 long-form. Plus a free Featured year.

Video is the highest-leverage content there is. Most operators put it off because the production logistics are real. We've made it operational.

One shoot day produces:

  • 16 short-form clips — for Reels, Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn video, Stories
  • 1 long-form video — for YouTube, your website, sales conversations
  • A free Directory Feature — included with every video pack — $12,000 value ($999/mo × 12 months). Top-of-category placement, full Grace editorial profile, 10-question FAQ block, premium placement across the directory.

Cadence: every 3 months. Most operators do one shoot per quarter to keep the content engine fed.

Year 2 retention · The compounding part

Operators who got in early are still here. Charter rate locked. Heat still rising.

The clients who started this work in 2024 are now on year two — still on the engine, still publishing weekly, still seeing the Heat Map move. The compound effect doesn't end at month 4. It starts there. By month 12, the citations stack on top of each other. By month 24, your name is the answer in your category.

If you want proof this isn't a 90-day novelty — the year-2 cohort is your proof. They're not posting because they're locked in. They're posting because it keeps working.

The charter perk

The 50 is capped at 50 charter members. Once you're in, your rate is locked for life. When the beta closes and we revise pricing for new members, you keep the charter rate — for as long as you stay subscribed.

Why 50

Because that's how many seats we have.

Honest answer first: 50 is the number where the room actually works. More than that, you stop knowing names. Less than 25, the Slack goes quiet and the workshops feel like Zoom church. Fifty's the sweet spot.

Less-honest-but-still-honest answer: we can only do this work right for so many operators at once. Three posts a week × 50 members × multiple platforms is a real production load. We're not subcontracting it to a content farm. Same team that writes Grace editorials, builds the AI automations, ships The Directory. That team has a capacity ceiling, and it's around 50.

When the seats are gone, the beta closes. Future cohorts pay more. Charter members keep their rate. The math gets boring after that.

How it works · 3 steps

Three steps. Then we ship.

1

Secure your seat

Five-minute application. Charter rate locks at $499/mo for life. 50 seats — first come, first locked.

2

15-minute rapid fire

One short call. Rapid-fire questions about your business, your customer, your voice. Then our team locks the door, throws away the key, and starts the oven — writing with research from inside your customer's mind, in real time.

Disclaimer · Trust the process

This is not for everyone.

You need to be willing to trust the process. Getting your voice — really nailing it — is our specialty. But it takes time. That's part of the process.

If you need to control every word, every post, every decision — this isn't for you. And that's OK. Other paths fit.

The 50 is for owners who want to plant their flag, hand the camera to people who do this all day, and get back to running the business.

Frequently asked

Common questions.

What if I already have a social agency?
Most operators in The 50 don't run a parallel agency relationship — it's redundant. If your current agency is producing content you'd save, share, or cite, keep them. If not, drop us a note describing what they're doing and we'll tell you honestly whether The 50 is a step up or a sideways move.
Who creates the content?
The Gravity Growth team. Same writers and producers who write Grace editorials and produce The Directory. Not interns. Not offshored. Not AI-generated and abandoned.
Can I cancel before 3 months?
The minimum is 3 months because the compound effect doesn't show up in 30 days. If we're four weeks in and you genuinely think it's not working, we'll get on a call and either fix the strategy or refund the rest of your commitment. We've never had to do the second one, but the offer is real.
What happens after the 3 months end?
Your subscription continues at your charter rate (locked for life) until you say stop. Future cohorts will pay more.
How is this different from Featured tier on The Directory?
Featured ($999/mo) is a placement product — top of category, full Grace editorial, podcast episode, premium card across the directory. The 50 ($499/mo) is a content engine — 3 posts/week on FB + IG, monthly Heat Map, and quarterly 1:1s with Steve. They're complementary: the Video Pack add-on actually INCLUDES a free year of Featured ($12K value). Most operators take both.
When does my cohort start? When do I actually get content?
The moment your application is accepted, you're in. Rolling enrollment — no waiting for a cohort start date. We schedule your 15-minute rapid-fire intake call within 7 days. Within 14 days of that call, your first three posts are drafted and in your approval flow. By the end of Month 1, all 90 days of Month-1-through-Month-3 content are queued — so you're never behind. Your first Heat Map drops at the end of Month 1.
What does the first 30 days actually look like?
Week 1 — Rapid-fire intake call (15 minutes). Approval flow set up. First post drafted.
Week 2–3 — Posts #1–3 delivered. You publish on your cadence. We start writing Months 2 + 3.
Week 4 — All Month 2 + Month 3 content delivered. First Heat Map drops.
Month 2 onward — Publishing rhythm. Monthly Heat Map. Slack room. Workshops twice a month.
End of Month 3 — Quarterly 30-minute 1:1 with Steve. Big decisions. Course correct or ship as-is.
Do you post for me, or do I publish?
You publish. We produce. That's the "you own your channels" deal — it keeps the rate at $499. Approval flow is streamlined: by Month 2, most operators are clicking publish in under 2 minutes per post. Want hands-off posting (we handle it end-to-end)? That's a custom quote — bring it up on your rapid-fire call.
What if I don't love the first piece of content?
The rapid-fire intake's whole job is to dial in your voice before we write a single word. If a piece misses, we revise once in 48 hours. If it keeps missing, we get on a call and recalibrate together. Most operators are dialed in by Week 3. The quarterly 1:1 with Steve is where we make the bigger voice/direction calls.
Who owns the content? Can I repurpose it?
You do. Full rights. Repurpose anywhere — your site, your sales deck, your sign-up emails, your kid's school newsletter. We keep nothing. Every piece is built around your business, your customer, your voice.
Will my content be unique to me — or templated?
Unique. Every piece is built from your rapid-fire intake — your customer, your category, your voice. No templates. No swipe files. No copy reused across members. The room is small (50 seats) specifically so the work stays individual.
Do you write LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok?
LinkedIn is a $199/mo add-on — different voice, different post structure, different audience. If your buyers live on LinkedIn, take it.
YouTube + long-form video is the Video Pack ($1,000/quarter) — one shoot day, 16 shorts, 1 long-form, plus a free Featured year ($12K value).
TikTok isn't in the base — most B2B operators in the Sioux Empire don't need it. Ask Steve on the quarterly if your buyers are there.
What's the Heat Map and why do I keep hearing about it?
The Heat Map is our proprietary visibility framework. It tracks where you show up — and where you don't — across every AI search and answer engine your buyers actually use (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Overview, Bing Copilot, Google Search, Maps). One score. One color-coded view. Updated monthly. The point isn't to give you another dashboard to ignore. It's to show you, in real time, that the work is producing measurable visibility movement — or to show you exactly where the gap is so we can fix it. Every member of The 50 gets a Heat Map review each month.
